 Rail Works depot is here to serve the rail community offering them a place they can relax chat share ideas and help each other get the most out of their enjoyment of Rail sims.

Please if you get the chance or time look at your my profile options, we have now given you the ability to have your own groups and teams within the site.  After talking with many members we realised that there a considerable amount of you who works in groups,  Hence we designed the system for you to be able to do exactly that and the ability to share ideas and files with your group and have fun.  Now you can share as a community or as a group or any way that makes you happy.

We have also given you your own blog pages that are for your use so can update others on what you are doing and whats happening in your life. Its your own  web pages for you to enjoy and show others what you can do as we know many of you do fantastic work and only have the forums to say about it or get stuck and no way apart from the forums to get help.

The Wall is my favorite new feature to our site you all have your own wall to post to follows others posts and let lose.  It allows vids mp3's files pictures everything and its a community place you don't need to stick to trains just have fun.

Chat is to follow and we are reviewing what would be best for this site as we intend on keeping a profession standard.

MARCH 8TH UPDATE

We must apologise for yesterdays down time due to hardware issues in the data-centre used to hosts servers that holds RWD and other sites. Normally a redundant server would have kicked in and no down time would have been experienced but due to the nature of the fault all servers were down.

We are looking to put new policys in place to stop this problem happening in the future.

Update 20th march

Because of the growth of the site this year we have made some changes A members area has been created that contains your mailbox profile mangement and wall as well as a few other things you might find useful.  We hope this improves the look of the site and makes things easier for you all.
